Refund policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed activities:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right, you have to inform us (Rio Martina GmbH, Flughafenstr. 118, 90411 Nuremberg, Germany, Tel.: +49 911 3749501, email: customer@riomartina.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdrawal from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL
Shipping charges
If you have a right of withdrawal with respect to your order and if you make use of this right with respect to a portion of your order such that the purchase price of your order after the partial withdrawal is less than the minimum purchase amount stated for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount resulting from the partial withdrawal.
Discounts based on minimum purchase quantities or minimum purchase amount
If you have a right of withdrawal with respect to your order and if you make use of this right with respect to a portion of your order such that the minimum purchase quantities or minimum purchase amount of the order no longer meets the requirements for the discount after the partial withdrawal, we reserve the right to deduct the discount amount from the refund amount resulting from the partial withdrawal.
GENERAL NOTES
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
