In the shopping cart, during the ordering process. There you will find a field "Discount code" where you can enter your voucher/discount code.
You do not need to have a registered riomartina.com account to place an order.
Registering with Rio Martina is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

- Enter your email in the field provided
We will send you a security code to the email address you provided. Please copy this security code, paste it into the appropriate field on the screen and and you're all set!
You don't have to set a password. Every time you want to log in to your Rio Martina account, the same process will happen - this means that every time you want to log in to your Rio Martina account, you will receive a different security code in your email address.

The sizes given on our product pages are EU sizes. We also provide a "Size Chart" which you can view on all product description pages. There is also a link to the "Size Chart" in the footer of our online shop. It can happen that some shoe models have a wide shape, which means that we recommend buying one size smaller than your usual EU size - but don't worry, this will be mentioned in the shoe's product description.
